La Mision hotel in Loreto is absolutely lovely. After a one-week kayaking trip in the Baja, it was like stepping into paradise! A beautiful bed, wonderful staff, gorgeous pool and poolside bar, great food and incredible views from our room outside the Malecon. I cannot recommend it enough, we will be back!

Relax at La Mision in Loreto
Nicest hotel on the water front. Everything was amazing. From our first step into La Mision Hotel, our Concierge, Eder, went out of his way to make sure our trip went without a hitch. He organized our pick up at the airport, got us the best deal on a rental car, and was happy to give us his recommendations on restaurants and activities in and around Loreto. Everyone on the hotel grounds is friendly and inviting. Restaurant, bar, and brick oven pizza are highly rated and recommended. I cannot say enough good things about La Mision. If you want to get away and relax, this is the place. We will be back!

Wonderful place
A wonderful, memorable place that we will definitely return to! We loved everything about our stay at La Mision in Loreto. We cannot rate the staff highly enough. The Front desk staff was kind and accommodating. The Los Olivos Restaurant in the hotel served great food including an amazing daily brunch and the waiters went out of their way to ensure we got what we needed. had the most amazing massage at the day and it was very reasonably priced. Even the housekeeper was fantastic and replenished our room every day and made it fresh and inviting. Overall, our stay at this hotel was way beyond our expectations - the cleanliness of everything at the hotel and Loreto in general was very impressive. The pool and jacuzzi were great and the weekly “all you can eat pizza” evening with live music was very entertaining!

Excellent Service and Trained Staff
As a tour operator in Baja Sur, we have been going to Loreto for over 20 years. La Mision is our choice and has been for the past 4 seasons. What's great are the hotel staff and the training they have gone through in order to properly service clients. Hotels are always a difficult recommendation, but I would not trust any other hotel to accommodate our guests at Baja Ecotours. We love the early breakfast and on time coffee bar they set up for us at 6:30am. You can see that they take pride in presenting a clean and hospitable room. The pool and outside bar: Great.....not much can be said about how clean and well run this part of the hotel operates. As for the kitchen and restaurant....I'll say that it will be hard to find a better place for quality and price. The Hotel is not like any others I’ve been to.... Quality food and excellent Service.
